Group space The Kap Shed in combination with ten 6-person fishermen’s houses

At our small-scale holiday park in Bant, near Lemmer, we have 10 fishermen’s houses and a large group space with a professional kitchen and a big terrace. The houses are close to the group space The Kap Shed, which is fully at the group’s disposal during their stay. The houses offer room for 60 people.

The park

The 6-person houses are all located around a pond near a former farmyard. On the domain, there are several playing fields, like a football pitch, a volleyball court and a tennis court. There is also exciting playground equipment for smaller children. The big pirate ship, air trampoline, canoes and go-carts are very popular.

Arrangement 

The 6-person houses have two bedrooms upstairs, each with two single box-spring beds, and one double room with two box-spring beds downstairs. All holiday homes are equipped with a shower, a toilet, central heating, a radio with a CD player, a microwave and a television. The houses are small, but have all you need for 6 people. They are on a beautiful location around a canoe pond.

The Kap Shed is a cool space with two large sliding doors which open towards the terrace and , a bar with a tap installation. Inside, there are robust, industrial tables with chairs. The space has a large stage and a sitting area with big leather sofas. The large, separate kitchen is equipped with a six-burner gas cooker, an oven, a deep fryer, a fast dishwasher and plenty of pots, pans, plates and cutlery.

In the vicinity

Our small-scale holiday park is at the border of Overijssel, Flevoland and Friesland. The park is near the large Kuinder forest of no less than 1,100 hectares, which is part of many walking trails, cycle trips and riding tracks. Behind the Kuinder forest are two nature reserves: ‘De Weerribben’ and ‘De Rottige Meenthe’, two marshland areas. The holiday park’s location offers lots of options to go on a touristic trip. A visit to one of the old Zuiderzee villages like Lemmer, Blokzijl, Vollenhove and Urk is definitely worth your time. Friesland’s lakes and Gaasterland’s woods are within half an hour’s drive of the park. At our holiday park, you can canoe, fish, ride a pony and use a go-cart. We also have a large field of grass which can be used for several activities.
